Mary Lou Muccino
Principal of Chaparral High School

Board Director
The Joann Realmonte Coalition

Mary Lou Muccino has been a high school educator in the Scottsdale Unified School District for the past 32 years and is currently the principal of Chaparral High School.  She has served in her position as principal for the past six years.

Mary Lou has been a supporter of Stay Alive Arizona since its inception in 2003 when Roseann Deak began hosting retreats for the students at Chaparral High School.  As a high school educator, Mary Lou believes in the importance of teaching adolescences about responsible decision-making and in the value of teaching high school students the importance of responsible driving.

The knowledge that, only through educating our youth can we save lives, is what drove Mary Lou to join the Stay Alive Arizona Board of Directors in 2006.
