Jim Walker
Owner, RIPTAW Graphics

Board Director
The Joann Realmonte Coalition

Jim Walker and his wife Lori owns RIPTAW Graphics in Phoenix. Jim is also the Regional Vice President of Apex Technology Solutions.  Jim and Lori are the parents of 6 sons and the grandparents of 5. Jim earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a MA in Organizational Management from The University of Phoenix.

Jim came to Stay Alive via the tragedy of losing his 17 year old son, Tyson, to a drunk driver in June 2004. He is an active speaker in schools and at victim impact panels throughout the state. He attempts to use the story of his sons’ death to make people stop, think and realize that all choices have consequences.

Jim firmly believes in the goal of Stay Alive at 25 because he knows that, with cars being the one common element in so many youthful tragedies, everyone must do what they can to reduce and eliminate this as a cause of death among our children.

We cannot stand idly by.
